Our Commitment to Feedback and Complaint Handling

At BIOCOOR, we value open and respectful communication. We believe feedback is vital for continuous learning, accountability, and improvement.

We are committed to creating safe and accessible channels for individuals and communities to raise concerns, share suggestions, or report grievances. All complaints are handled with confidentiality, transparency, and fairness.

Our complaint handling and conflict resolution mechanisms are designed to ensure timely, inclusive, and constructive responses. We listen to all voices and take every concern seriously because trust and collaboration are the foundation of our impact.

Our Commitment to Safeguarding

BIOCOOR is committed to safeguarding the dignity, rights, and well-being of all individuals we work with especially children, vulnerable adults, and marginalized groups.

We uphold a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of abuse, exploitation, harassment, or discrimination. All staff, partners, and volunteers are expected to adhere to our safeguarding policies and code of conduct at all times.

We have clear procedures in place for reporting, responding to, and addressing any safeguarding concerns. Ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment is central to our mission and essential to building trust within the communities we serve.

Our Staff Code of Conduct

At BIOCOOR, we hold our team to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. Our Staff Code of Conduct reflects the core values of respect, integrity, accountability, and inclusion, which guide all staff in their responsibilities and relationships.

Staff are expected to act honestly and transparently in all tasks, treat colleagues, partners, and community members with dignity, and uphold all organizational policies including those related to safeguarding, anti-corruption, and environmental responsibility.

We also emphasize the importance of promptly and responsibly reporting any misconduct or policy violations to maintain a safe, ethical, and effective working environment.

2012

BIOCOOR began in 2012 as a social enterprise called BIOCOOP

In 2020, the organization shifted into an non-governmental organization, keeping the same focus
